Last Updated: 21 July 2026

Welcome to fin-soul.com. FinSoul Bahrain provides accounting, audit, taxation, financial advisory, company formation, HR, payroll, management consultancy, regulatory, technology, digitalisation, and related business services.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services and Engagements

Services are delivered according to the scope stated in an approved proposal, quotation, contract, or engagement letter.

Where services require a licensed auditor, legal adviser, specialist consultant, technology provider, or another regulated professional, they may be delivered through suitable network firms or independent providers.

2. No Professional Relationship Through Website Use

Visiting this website, submitting a form, or receiving general information does not create an audit, accounting, legal, tax, investment, or consultancy engagement.

A professional relationship begins only when an engagement is formally accepted.

3. Client Information and Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate records, documents, explanations, access, and approvals required for the engagement.

FinSoul may rely on client-provided information unless independent verification is included in the agreed scope. Clients remain responsible for management decisions, statutory filings, internal controls, and legal compliance.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees, taxes, payment stages, and deliverables will be stated in the relevant proposal or invoice.

Government charges, software costs, licence fees, travel, translations, and other external expenses are separate unless expressly included. Services may be suspended where payment is overdue.

5. Estimates and Third-Party Outcomes

Any cost, timeline, business forecast, valuation estimate, tax calculation, approval expectation, or implementation schedule is based on the information available at the time.

We do not guarantee decisions made by regulators, banks, auditors, government authorities, software providers, investors, or other third parties.

6. Website Information

Website content is provided for general information. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for tailored financial, legal, tax, audit, technology, cybersecurity, or investment advice.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

FinSoul will take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information. Information may be shared with employees, network firms, professional advisers, authorities, and service providers where necessary for the engagement.

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content and consultancy materials, including reports, methodologies, templates, software configurations, designs, and training material, belong to FinSoul or their respective owners.

Clients may use paid deliverables for the agreed internal purpose but may not resell or distribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Bahrain law, FinSoul will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, business interruption, cyber incidents outside our reasonable control, or decisions made by third parties.

Our total liability for a paid engagement will not exceed the professional fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Services may be terminated according to the engagement terms. FinSoul may suspend work for overdue payments, missing information, conflicts of interest, unlawful instructions, or material failure to cooperate.

Completed work and committed external costs remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Bahrain.
