Deputy chief executive of iGA Dr. Zakareya Al Khaja explains some new features in detail. The Mawaeid App will be used in booking government appointments and rebooking the appointments if required. During the year, 2022 Twasul app registers large number of complains. From which almost 97pc was resolved. Among these 85pc were satisfied.
Mostly, within 3-5 days they cater all the issues. And customers were also provided a further 14 days to reopen the complaint. Mr Al Qaed also explains that everything is performed to secure online platforms from cyber attacks. He also explains the efforts behind receiving the reports and they run tests every day. He explains that, for now, we are very well prepared to deal with the latest dangers and attacks.
